Order Tracking Information

 

1. Order Processing Times

•  In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

•  Custom or Made-to-Order Items: These are crafted specifically for you and may take additional time. The estimated production timeline is provided at checkout.

 

2. Tracking Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear in the system.

  • Some local deliveries or pickups may not have tracking information but will be confirmed via email.

3. Shipping Delays

• While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• International shipments may also experience additional customs processing times.

 

4. Local Delivery or Pickup

• For local delivery or pickup orders:

• You will not receive a tracking number.

• We will confirm the delivery or pickup schedule via email.

 

5. Tracking Issues

• If you encounter an error with the tracking form, verify that your order number and email address are correct.
